This is a screen capture of the shot list that I had created, using google spreadsheet. This is a very basic compared to another I had created.
It has some interactive features such as drop down menus. It also features several conditional formating
Shot List
As a student film, it was hard to keep on top of our animators (they are students after all).
so alongside the shot list, I created an individual task sheet for both myself, the director and animators to use.
This sheet helped with keeping track of when things needed to be done, as there was a timeline along the top. It also allowed the animators to keep track of what they had to do.

Working on this project has been my most challenging yet at University. Assuming the role of producer for the first meant I had to learn fast.
Our core team consisted of 15 members, which over time began to increase.
This was a challenging task, but a challenge that I was happy to face.
Keeping a group of 25 on average organised was difficult at times, and keeping them motivated even harder, however this was made easier thanks to the various spreadsheets that I had created.
